Returns & Exchanges

At Viani Milano, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Viani Milano packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
